    A mobile notary is a commissioned notary public who travels to your location to perform notarial acts. This offers convenience for clients who are unable to visit a notary in person.

  • What documents can you notarize?

    We can notarize a wide range of documents including affidavits, power of attorney, real estate forms, contracts, loan documents, and more. However, we cannot provide legal advice or draft documents.

  • What are your service areas?

    We serve Metro Atlanta and surrounding areas. Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside of Metro Atlanta.

  • How much do your notary services cost?

    Our standard notarial fee is $2 per notarial act. Travel fees vary based on distance and time — please contact us for a quote.

  • Do I need to have ID?

    Yes. You must present a valid, government-issued photo ID (such as a driver’s license or passport) at the time of notarization.

  • Can you notarize documents for minors?

    Yes, as long as the minor is old enough to understand the document and provide valid identification.

  • Do you offer swearing-in services?

    Yes! We administer oaths of office and other official oaths as part of our mobile services.

  • Are you an attorney or can you give legal advice?

    No. We are not attorneys and cannot provide legal advice, prepare legal documents, or interpret legal content.
