A mobile notary is a commissioned notary public who travels to your location to perform notarial acts. This offers convenience for clients who are unable to visit a notary in person.

What documents can you notarize?
We can notarize a wide range of documents including affidavits, power of attorney, real estate forms, contracts, loan documents, and more. However, we cannot provide legal advice or draft documents.

What are your service areas?
We serve Metro Atlanta and surrounding areas. Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside of Metro Atlanta.

How much do your notary services cost?
Our standard notarial fee is $2 per notarial act. Travel fees vary based on distance and time — please contact us for a quote.

Do I need to have ID?
Yes. You must present a valid, government-issued photo ID (such as a driver’s license or passport) at the time of notarization.

Can you notarize documents for minors?
Yes, as long as the minor is old enough to understand the document and provide valid identification.

Do you offer swearing-in services?
Yes! We administer oaths of office and other official oaths as part of our mobile services.
